Here at Doolittles Pet Products we asked how does one know which carrier to select there are many wheeled pet carriers.

Pet Totes and Backpacks are good for small pets when going around town. Soft Pet Carriers are good for almost anywhere to transport your pet and are not bulky like hard carriers.

Pet Products and Pet Supplies like Airline Approved Pet Carriers with Wheels are good for traveling but remember just because they are approved they may not fit per cabin requirements and you will always want to check with your airline first on the size requirements. Some Wheeled Pet Carriers come with recessed wheels while other are detachable.

Selecting the right size carrier is important especially when flying. You may want to have enough room for your pet but also be within airline guidelines. Sizing Pet for Carrier: Length: is from the nape of the neck (where the collar falls) to the base of the tail. Height: is from the floor to the shoulder. Weight: should not exceed maximum weight.
