PAYMENT METHODS

DOOLITTLE'S PET PRODUCTS ACCEPTS: Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX (Oregon has no State Sales Tax)
All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption on secure servers.

At the time of your order your confirmation will be displayed. Please print this information for your records as some ISP Providers may regard as Spam and not forward email confirmation. Your email address is used to send confirmation only and NEVER given to anyone!


CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS:
You may send a money order or check (the check should be made out to Doolittles Pet Products Inc.). We have to wait for these to clear prior to sending the order. Please call Doolittle's Pet Products at 503-753-7850 for mailing address. Be sure to include your name, shipping address & phone number & email.

SHIPPING

Be sure to read item "Usually ships" this is the amount of time it takes before an item ships including Express Shipping see below for transit time. When Express shipping MUST add Date Needed in "Comments Box" otherwise we are not responsible for getting orders shipped on time..
We currently ship only in the Continental United States. Some items do not have express shipping; transit time can vary by zone and can take from 3 to 10 business days. Call 503-753-7850 for availability for express shipping. Most orders generally should ship out within 2-5 days or as stated on the web site. All orders will be shipped without a signature. If wanting a signature for your order please request in comments box, additional fees may apply.

RETURNS

All Returns must be documented in writing, Please contact us First at Doolittlespetproducts@yahoo.com for instructions/RMA Number. You will be emailed instructions for your return. It is your responsibility to make sure of confirmation from us on these issues. Returns without authorization or following protocal including refused shipments which at best will be given partial in store credit or will not be refunded. Please read web site page of item as not all items are returnable.

Most items are returned "within 21 days" of receipt unless specified on that web page for item. Defective Product after 21 days or as specified for that item can only be replaced.

Non Delivered Orders we must be notified within 30 days of ordering product other wise order may not be replaced subject to Manufacture/Shippers decision.

Damaged/Defective Product of any kind must be notified within 72 hours and Ergo System Products within 48 hours otherwise product is not exchanged.

Damaged/Used product by you or your pet is not refundable. If the original container/packaging is damaged or destroyed you will be subject to no or partial refund. Shipping charges are not refundable unless defective/wrong item shipped.


Handling Doolittles Returns are 18% (this is to cover original shipping costs, credit card transaction fees and time to follow through with return) plus if the manufacture calls for any restock/handling fees.

To keep out cost competitive it is necessary to charge the customer these fees as they are charged to us by the manufactures/credit card companies/shippers - not only for the initial charge but for returns/credits when issued.


Exchanges Exchanges will be treated as new orders. Orders canceled after shipping that result in unauthorized returns, items refused during delivery or undeliverable shipping address will be given a partial in store credit or no refund.


Coupon Redemption Customers responsibility to apply correct coupon for listed page of item, any coupons used incorrectly will be adjusted to show corrected charges. All returns are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the item. All phone orders will be marked as agreed to terms. All prices/terms subject to change anytime.


Orders shipped in Error: Some manufactures may require for item to be charged for. Full credit will be issued upon return of item.


Doolittles can only honor the procedures/warranties of the manufacture.
