Returns & Exchanges

Some Items Are NOT Returnable: We want you to be find the right solution for you pet, but most harnesses and slings cannot be re-sold after you have tried it on and used it due to pet hair, stains, etc. Most slings and harnesses can be exchanged for a different size, but please review the return/exchange policy on each product page.

Product Condition: Items returned or exchanged must be in "Like New" condition, free of hair or any stains and in the original container/packaging. Returns that don't meet these criteria may be rejected or only partially refunded.

Restocking Fees: Some items are subject to a re-stocking fee as determined by the manufacturer. Details are shown on the product page. 

RMA Required: Please contact us for an RMA number. Returns without an RMA may be rejected. Any orders placed via the phone are subject to the same policies as those placed online.

Timeframe: Returned/exchanged items must be received within 30 days from date of order.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable unless defective/wrong item shipped.

Non-delivered Orders: We must be notified within 30 days of order date for replacement.

Defective Product: We must be notified within 72 hours for exchange. Defective products returned after 21 days will only be exchanged with the same or similar product.

Exchanges: Exchanges will be treated as new orders and return fees may apply. Please make all measurements carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, we're here to help.

Cancelled Orders: Orders canceled after shipping, unauthorized returns, items refused during delivery or an undeliverable shipping address will be given a partial in store credit or no refund.

Wheelchairs Only: It is our intention that every Walkin' Wheels user be happy with their wheelchair. If you experience problems, please call us. Often we can help with a simple adjustment. If you feel the wheelchair is not for you, we can issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please note that wheelchairs returned without a return authorization number will not receive credit.

RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS: If you try the wheelchair and it does not work for your pet because of the design or fit, call us within 30 days from the day the wheelchair is delivered to you. If we can't correct it, we will issue you a return materials authorization and refund you up to 80% of the wheelchair's cost (less shipping). If refurbishing is needed due to scratches or wear, this will reduce your refund.

RETURNED UNOPENED WITHIN 30 DAYS: If you return the wheelchair, unopened, with a Return Materials Authorization we will refund 95% of the cost of the entire wheelchair, less shipping charges.

REFUSED DELIVERY: Please do not refuse delivery as we do get charged for this. If you refuse delivery, you will be refunded 90%, plus the shipping charges for the return of your product.
