Measure the width of the paw at the widest point with the paw flat on the ground.
Note: Please indicate in the "Problem" field when dog is non-weight bearing or has a missing limb.
Body Length is the distance from A to C, measured along the belly.
A and C measure the circumference of the abdomen (or chest) directly in front of the back legs (or behind the front legs).
B and D measure the circumference of the leg at the point where it meets the body.
A. Measure the circumference of the abdomen directly in front of the back legs.
B. Measure the circumference of the upper thigh (back leg) at the point where it meets the body.
C. Measure the circumference of the chest directly behind the front legs.
D. Measure the circumference of the front leg at the point where it meets the body.
E. Measure the length of the body from behind the front leg to the front of the back leg.
